As a consumer in Cyprus, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us using the details below before the 14-day period expires.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
Once you have told us you wish to return an item, please send it back within 14 days in its original packaging, unused and with all tags and labels attached where applicable. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us straight away and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory legal guarantee rights.
